Baked potato wedges

Every once in a while I get an hankering for some good ol' greazzzy potatoes :) Here's your basic recipe to satisfy those carb cravings. I prefer using Yukon Gold's for their creamy texture and slight sweetness, but it would be fun to try other unusual potatoes as well. For all you Vegan's that are from Germany and enjoy dipping your Pommes in mayo, Whole foods has the best Vegan equivalent = Veganaisse. Yum!

Yukon Gold Potatoes wedged (the thinner the crispier)
Olive Oil
Salt
Peppa
Paprika

1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. Combine potato wedges, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Grease baking sheet with olive oil, lay out wedges so they aren't overlapping.
4. Cook until tender and crispy brown
