Hearty vegan breakfast ideas





Vegans aren't condemned to a life of boring oatmeal for breakfast every morning. There are actually many unique and tasty grains for you to choose from. Bob's Red Mill has probably the best selection and is easy to find in most grocery stores (try Whole Food's or Trader Joe's). Combine your grains with raw nuts and any fresh/dry fruit or your choice with a little soy/rice/almond milk. Here are some suggestions:
