Misonara Pasta (VEGETARIAN)

This is a no cook sauce served at room temperature. Very filling and excellent for warm evenings.

1/2 Trader Joe's Starter Red Sauce
1/2 Fresh Tomatoes (diced)
Olives (Black or Kalamata)
1-2 Whole Garlic Cloves (mashed)
Green onions
Pine Nuts
Goat Feta cheese
Gnocchi pasta
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper

1. Add TJ's starter sauce, fresh tomatoes, mashed garlic, green onions, olive oil. Let sit at room temperature for 1/2-1 hr.
2. Cook Gnocchi, strain, drizzle a little olive oil, stir and leave to cool.
3. Take garlic cloves out of red sauce. Add olives to sauce, pour sauce over pasta. Garnish with Feta and Pine nuts. Serve.
