Cucumber parsley salad

4 cups cucumber, diced 1/2 '' pieces
2 cups curly parsley, spun dry and roughly chopped
1 cup sweet white onion chopped
1 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 large square vegan bouillon
pepper to taste


1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk bouillon into lemon juice, add to salad, serve.
